OTC Benefit Solutions is a specialized division of Fieldtex Products, created to help health plans deliver easy-to-use supplemental OTC benefits to their members. Since 2008, we’ve partnered with Medicare Advantage plans, regional health plans, and healthcare organizations to design and administer custom mail-order OTC programs that improve access to essential care items for members across the country.

Over the last 15+ years, we’ve grown our OTC Benefits Program to serve more than 100,000 members nationwide. From smaller regional plans to high-volume national programs, we’ve built our success by listening to our partners, evaluating program performance each year, and continually refining how we serve both administrators and members.
We operate out of a 86,000 sq. ft. fulfillment facility in Rochester, New York, stocked with hundreds of OTC medications and medical supplies—both name brand and generic. Our dedicated team ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and exceptional service.
