OTC Benefit Solutions is a fulfillment services division of Fieldtex Products, a family-owned contract manufacturing company based in rochester, New York.

Our History
Our fulfillment division grew out of real customer needs.
In 2008, we began supporting Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit programs for health plans. What started as a way to package and ship products expanded into full program management.
At our peak, we supported programs serving over 280,000 members and processed thousands of orders per day. That experience gave us a deep understanding of logistics, scale, and what it takes to deliver consistent results.
How That Shapes What We Do Today
Today, we apply that same operational experience to a broader range of fulfillment programs.
Our background in contract manufacturing means we are used to building processes around customer requirements, not forcing projects into a fixed system.
Many of the organizations we work with come to us after struggling with providers that could not adapt to their needs. Our approach is different. We build around the project.
Our Facility
In 2020, Fieldtex moved into a newly renovated 86,000 square foot facility in Rochester, NY.
This space supports both manufacturing and fulfillment operations, allowing us to manage projects from assembly through final delivery.
